Professional Studies Programs

Professional Studies programs may consider a maximum of thirty (30) units of university undergraduate credit for non-traditional schooling, work, or other experiential learning. Neither the Professional Studies programs nor any of their representatives have the authority to grant or promise university credit for “prior learning.”  Credit for prior learning may not duplicate credit already awarded. Students may contact their respective Department Chairs for information on the process for applying for prior learning assessment.

Vanguard University maintains an internal process for Professional Studies students who seek to pursue credit for prior learning.
