Accounting Minor
The Accounting Minor is designed for Vanguard students who wish to gain a foundational understanding of the principles and practices that govern financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making within the business world. This minor offers an exploration of accounting concepts, providing students with valuable skills that are applicable across all industries.
Vanguard students outside of the Patty Arvielo School of Business and Management (PASBM) are eligible to minor in Accounting by completing eighteen (18) units in courses offered by the PASBM. Twelve (12) of the 18 units must be taken at Vanguard University.
Business Administration, Marketing, and Management majors are also eligible to minor in Accounting by applying six (6) units from required courses in their major in addition to 12 units from any of the following courses offered by the PASBM.
