The Talent & Leadership Development Certificate provides training and skill in the strategic HR intervention work related to talent management and development and leadership development. This certificate will provide the acquisition of several HR strategic skills related to performance management, succession planning and career pathing and developing both individual and group leadership trainings. The opportunity for both learning how to do this work plus getting the experience partnering with an organization to complete actual work samples of the above interventions is a part of this certificate experience.
